Arrival + Access Details
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, Niche uses a keyless entry system through KISI.

On the day of your appointment, you’ll receive a text message with a unique KISI link sent to the phone number on file.

When you arrive, step into the vestibule and tap the link to unlock the door and enter our shared lounge space.

If your provider is still preparing for your service, they may also buzz you in remotely.

Guests + Children
We ask that all visitors help us maintain the calm, spa-like environment our Artisans and Guests value.

Children are welcome if they are receiving a service.

All children must be supervised at all times and able to remain calm and respectful.

If you’re bringing a guest, please ensure they’re mindful of the atmosphere as well.
