Our Suites & Salon entrances stay locked for the safety and security of our guests and team members 24/7. To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, Niche uses a keyless entry system through KISI.

• On the day of your appointment, please note the two separate entrances with designated signage: Suites or Salon.

• You’ll receive a text message with a unique KISI link sent to the phone number on file to tap and access the Salon lounge.

• When you arrive for the Suites, step into the vestibule and tap the link messaged to you from your beauty pro to unlock the door and enter our shared lounge space.

• If your provider is still preparing for your service, they may also buzz you in remotely upon your arrival.

We ask that all visitors help us maintain the calm, spa-like environment our Artisans and Guests value.

• Children are welcome if they are receiving a service.

• All children must be supervised at all times and are expected to remain calm and respectful.

• If you’re bringing a guest, please ensure they’re mindful of the atmosphere as well.
