Each Artisan handles unique circumstances independently. Please be sure to check your service providers policies if you need to reschedule or cancel a standing appointment.

ARRIVING FOR AN APPOINTMENT

& Bringing Guests

At Niche, we have an electronic door system that allows us to send you an email with a unique access key.

On the day of your appointment, you can expect to receive a "KISI" link sent to your email on file. Once inside our vestibule, you can tap this link to unlock the door and enter our lounge, or you may prompt your Artisan to buzz you in remotely if they are preparing for your treatment.

If bringing a guest or children, please be considerate of our Artisans and other Guests who may be enjoying a quiet, spa-like experience. Children are welcome if they are receiving a service, but must be supervised at all times and expected to maintain respectful behavior.
