Arrival + Entry Details

Both our Suites & Salon entrances stay locked for the safety and security of our guests and team members 24/7. To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, Niche uses a keyless entry system that gives you access the during your appointment time:

• On the day of your appointment, please note the two separate entrances with designated signage: Suites or Salon.

• You’ll receive a text message from your beauty pro with a unique link that acts as a virtual key for the designated entrance sent to your phone number on file. You will not need to download any apps - your key will be revealed during your scheduled appointment time.

• When you arrive for a Suite appointment, step into the vestibule (at the covered porch entrance) and tap the link messaged to you from your beauty pro to unlock the door and enter our shared lounge space.When you arrive for a Niche Salon appointment, tap your virtual key as you approach the door (look for the Niche Salon sign above the door).

• If your provider is still preparing for your service, they may also buzz you in remotely upon your arrival.

Guests + Children

We ask that all visitors help us maintain the calm, spa-like environment our Artisans and Guests value:

• Children are welcome if they are receiving a scheduled service. However, for the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly request that children do not accompany parents or guardians to your appointments. Please note that while private Suite stylists may choose how they enforce this policy within their individual spaces with their salon door closed, this guideline is strictly enforced in all shared Salon areas and children are not permitted to be left unattended at any time - this includes all common areas, the hallway and the restrooms.

• All children must be supervised at all times and are expected to remain calm and respectful.

• If you’re bringing a guest, please ensure they’re mindful of the atmosphere as well.
