Each Artisan handles unique circumstances independently. Please be sure to check your service providers policies if you need to reschedule or cancel a standing appointment.

ARRIVING FOR AN APPOINTMENT

& Bringing Guests

Arrival + Access Details

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, Niche uses a keyless entry system through KISI.

  • On the day of your appointment, you’ll receive a text message with a unique KISI link sent to the phone number on file.

  • When you arrive, step into the vestibule and tap the link to unlock the door and enter our shared lounge space.

  • If your provider is still preparing for your service, they may also buzz you in remotely.

Guests + Children

We ask that all visitors help us maintain the calm, spa-like environment our Artisans and Guests value.

  • Children are welcome if they are receiving a service.

  • All children must be supervised at all times and able to remain calm and respectful.

  • If you’re bringing a guest, please ensure they’re mindful of the atmosphere as well.
