Tucked within the Niche Suites community, Niche Salon is an intimate, design-forward salon space made for independent stylists who prefer the ease of a shared environment—without compromising on aesthetics or autonomy.

  • A 12-month lease for consistent, long-term growth

  • A full professional styling station with mirror, and storage

  • Exclusive backbar provided plus retail in part with a unique commission structure to earn more & sell freely

  • Access to onsite laundry and stylist break room

  • Use of our KISI keyless entry system for secure, flexible access

  • 6-day scheduling—you choose your hours and set your availability

  • Freedom to set your own pricing, services, and clientele
