6 Hour Studio Reservation

Cancellation Policy

By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your studio rental: Non-Refundable Payment: All payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations or failure to utilize the reserved studio time. Reservation Transfers: You are permitted to transfer your reservation to a different date one (1) time only, provided the request to transfer is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the start of your original reservation date and time. Transfer requests made less than 24 hours before the original reservation start time will not be accepted, and the payment will be forfeited. Transferred reservations are subject to availability. Disclaimer on Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of extenuating circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, or events beyond your control), requests for additional transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Niche Suites, LLC and its authorized agents. Niche Suites, LLC reserves the right to determine whether an exception will be made. Acknowledgment of Terms: By proceeding with your booking and checking this box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
